How My Personal Chef Service Works

  1. The initial interview can be by phone or at the home of the client. We discuss family requirements or specific event details.

  2. Next I design menus and offer a preliminary quotation for your consideration. Discussions will be ongoing until we get exactly what you want, within your budget.

  3. Once the menu and quote is finalized, a deposit of 30% is required to confirm the booking date. The date you require will not be booked out until a deposit is received.

  4. A further deposit of 40% is required one week prior to cook date.

  5. I arrive on cook date at your home or venue, complete with fresh produce, professional equipment if needed, and a desire to produce great food. If I am preparing dishes on the regular service plan, I will discuss all heating and holding details with the host before leaving. If it is a dinner or other event, food will be presented and/or served according to our agreement. In all events the kitchen will be left clean and tidy. Final payment is required prior to the end of service.
