1 :: Regular Service Plan
This is a very versatile plan that is ideal for those who need help with some meals during the week, but still love to cook themselves, dine-out, or travel.
I arrive on a chosen day each week/month and prepare a range of main meals, cooled, packaged and refrigerated/frozen for you to heat at your leisure. Each menu selection is accompanied by an appropriate side dish or a salad. Soups and entrees can also be included.
Regular service is based on a regular scheduled cycle and on a single cook session each cycle. For example, I have clients whom I service once a week, once a month, or for the week of special occasions like birthdays and Mother's Day.
2 :: All at Sea
Specially chosen for those on holiday wanting a personal chef's service on their boat, at their batch, or right on the beach. Accommodation is often involved as is travel time. All things are possible with good organization, and my years of experience in the mega-yacht industry enable me to create a plan to suit all situations. Menus are chosen with regard to selection of produce and equipment available. Seafood is a speciality. I can cook, scale, fillet and shell all seafoods. Experience the fun of catching your own fish and having fresh sushi and sashimi presented to you an hour or two later. My Ocean Yacht Master certification also allows me to act as first mate and deck hand if required.
3 :: Private Dinners

Entertain your guests, friends, colleagues and international business clients, with delicious 5-star cuisine. All foods are cooked in your kitchen on the day, using the freshest of ingredients, and being served as they are perfected. This is a full restaurant service supplied in the privacy of your own home or chosen venue. Choose your own wines for me to service or have me select the wines to accompany your chosen menu. An extra staff member may be required depending on numbers, menu, and dinner format. The kitchen will be left clean and tidy at the end of the night.
Optional extra: Sleep in the day after, and have me return quietly in the morning to produce a healthy "day after the night-before" breakfast, while an extra staff member cleans the entertainment areas.
